The Fit Experience is a 16,000 square foot facility where two premiere organizations, Integrated Health Professionals (IHP) and Health & Body came together to Re-define fitness and create the Next Generation of fitness centers.

Integrated Health Professionals is the Physical Medicine Division of Sparta Medical Associates, led by Dr. Gary Mascilak, director of physical therapy, and Dr. Tom DeGasperis, director of the chiropractic division.

Integrated Health Professionals is a unique multi-disciplinary facility offering chiropractic and Physical Therapy Rehabilitation. They specialize in the education, prevention, and treatment of neuromusculoskeletal conditions. Their major services include, treatment of sports injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation, manipulation, gait analysis, orthotic fabrication, and all phases of pain management.

The Doctors at the facility, Thomas J. DeGasperis, D.D, C.C.S.P, and Gary J. Mascilak, D.C,P.T., have authored journal articles and have lectured nationally on orthopedic and biomechanic disorders of the lower extremity and spine. Dr. DeGasperis has recently been certified as a diplomat of the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians. This is the highest degree in the Chiropractic profession, and he is one of only 180 others that have achieved this honor out of 55,000 chiropractors in the country.

Dr. Mascilak has completed his orthopedic training and is board eligible for a Diplomat in Orthopedics (DABCO). He received his certification as a strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS)

Health & Body owned by John Wilkins and Steve Crane, is a personal training facility and fitness center. H&B has over 15 years of experience in Sussex County. The facility offers speed, strength, athletic and senior training. In addition, they have over 50 group fitness classes weekly including pilates, yoga, spin, aerobics, bodypump and bodycombat.

The partnership of Integrated Health Professionals and Health and Body has created the first State-of-the-art, comprehensive total fitness solution under one roof. The entity is now known simply as "The Fit Experience".
