Silver Sneakers
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and activity for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance; a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.  Great for re-hab! Seniors 60+
Spin/Bosu
Enjoy a 30 minute ride followed by 30 minutes of conditioning using the bosu!! Cardio
Will Power & Grace Created by Stacey Lei Krauss, the class is a cardiovascular fusion of calisthenics, dance principles, yoga and Pilates. You will use your own body weight as resistance to tone your muscles and practice exercises to enhance your posture and walk with more confidence.  Cardio/Strength
Spin/Strength A cardio and weight interval class using weights to pump and bikes to pedal. Work in your own target zone while being coached for an efficient total body workout! Cardio/Strength
A cardio workout on a stationary bike based on cycling principles. Classes are technique based, terrain based and focus on cadence, heart-rate zones, climbs and sprints that can make an unpredictable ride that is fun and challenging. Cardio
Pilates/Stretch & Flow This class is a vigorous sequence of mat exercises based on Joseph Pilates work. The class will demonstrate core stability, flexibility and balance with upbeat music and flowing tracks Strength/flexibility
Pilates Mat An innovative system of mind-body exercise evolved fromthe principles of Joseph Pilates Pilates teaches body awareness & good posture while increasing core strength, flexibility, and agility. Core Strength
Cardio Mix This high-energy, fat burning workout incorporates traditional high and low impact moves with athletic, aerobic movements. In this format you'll experience the feeling of a great workout while working up a great sweat. Don't forget your towel!! Cardio
BodyPump
Bodypump is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscles groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. BodyCombat
Bodycombat is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Balls & Bands A safe, low impact strength and conditioning class that utilizes light weights, the stability ball and bosu for a complete body workout. Strength
Power Hour Interval training has never been this much fun! Join us for a mixture of muscle conditioning and high energy cardio exercises that will shape and define. Class format will vary, so expect the unexpected!  Cardio/Strength
Kettlebell workout The ultimate in cutting edge strength training, cast iron kettlebells are used to develop the correct blend of strength with flexibility for maximum fat burning and muscular endurance.
