The FIT Experience is proud of its ongoing partnership with Integrated Health Professionals (IHP). IHP is the Physical Medicine Division of Sparta Medical Associates with over 15 years of experience in Sussex County. Since the FIT Experience opened in April 2007, IHP has been providing the medical oversight to the fitness facility where physical therapist, physicians, chiropractors, nutritionist, personal trainers and massage therapist work together to achieve your total health and fitness goals. We accomplish this by providing each new member with, a pre-exercise screening administered by a licensed Physical Therapist from IHP. Relevant medical history and goals are reviewed and a general analysis of movement patterns, flexibility and strength assessed. This complimentary pre-exercise screen allows the FIT experience to offer a unique service to exceed your expectation.
