Health & Fitness Facility A two floor fully-functional
health & fitness facility with feature such as: an expanded
turf for performance training, Group Exercise classes such
as Aerobics, Spin, Yoga and Pilates, babysitting services,
a locker room with showers, and a lounge area that includes
Internet hook-up and coffee. “We are very excited about what
we can offer our clients in our new location,” said Wilkins.
“This location ties all of the communities we’re involved
with together with easier access.” In addition to Sparta,
Health & Body draws clients from all over Sussex County.

Personal Training Facility and Fitness Center Just past Sparta Car Wash, “The gym offers the ability
to functionally and efficiently train entire muscle groups
rather than isolating individual muscles, which coincides
nicely with Integrated’s philosophy and recent advantages
in fitness training.” said Dr. Gary Mascilak. The extra space
at the new gym also has allowed Health & Body and Integrated
Health Professionals to greatly expand their services. Health
& Body offers speed, strength, athletic and senior training.
However, this next generation fitness center offers full gym
services. The gym is owned by John Wilkins
and Steve Crane.
